CRi successfully completed a comprehensive Lobby Fitout and Rough Carpentry project at the historic 2 Penn Plaza, a mixed-use building that includes offices, auditoriums, and fine dining.
Carpentry Scope Highlights:
Custom Knife Edge Framing: Our team framed and installed a custom knife edge around pendulum lighting at heights exceeding 50 feet, creating a stunning visual aesthetic.
Support Structure Installation:We installed Unistrut and 16-gauge furring to support a lacquer panel system within the Town Hall, which encompasses a 4,000 square foot auditorium.
Exterior Grade Insulation:CRi provided new exterior grade insulation above the iconic cantilevered LED bustle, enhancing energy efficiency and contributing to the building's modern functionality.
